Our Parish

Our Cafod group has collected money for a virtual vilage in Africa, named Esperanza. Please visit Cafod pages on this website for details.  Esperanza has used your donations to gather some basic facilities for the village, a clean water supply, chickens and goats, medical support and provisions for school.

This parish is now using at all Masses  the words from the new translation and new music.  Please listen to the audio files of some of the new music.

The Parish of St Mary, Middlewich and St Margaret Ward, Holmes Chapel is in Cheshire.  The Parish covers Middlewich, Holmes Chapel, Goostrey, Byley and Cranage, and lies on both sides of Junction 18 of the M6. 

Our Parish Priest is Fr Peter Dutton and our Deacon is Rev Tony Ford. We are an active and open community with good school and ecumenical links, and we welcome visitors and new parishioners, as well as suggestions for improving our parish life and our ability to spread the Good News.
